10 Hour Package
This package is typically for organizations that have a strategic head of HR that is new and needs some coaching and advising or about to embark on a large change management project and could use 2-3 hours a week of coaching and strategizing and some examples of best practices.

20 Hour Package
This package is typically for organizations that know they need some strategic support, maybe have one area they need to dig into and could use a few hours a week. Embedded coLeaguers use those hours to advise senior leaders, support employee engagement, review internal communication or whatever the organization needs.

40 Hour Package
This is our most popular package. Your embedded coLeaguer will often manage any members of the HR team, sit on the leadership team and advance talent systems, whether it is tweaking a current one, or ensuring the strong implementation of a new system or policy.

80 Hour Package
For organizations that know they need at least a half-time CTO, this package is for them. Our coLeaguers can tackle creating new systems and structures during their time with the organization and then implementing them. They often manage any members of the HR team, sit on the leadership team, meet with members of the leadership team and overall team regularly.

For organizations that have a strong and strategic talent team, but need some additional support for one time projects such as building out a compensation system, reimagining how they do performance, developing a succession plan, and more, this package is meant to be those extra hands with team experience and expertise.
