Small, mission-driven organizations might not be ready for a full time Chief People Officer, but we think they deserve your experience and expertise as much as any larger organization. We've created a model that shares the love and brings our collective wisdom to bear for many, many more organizations that might not otherwise be able to access it. NB: In addition to the lovely logo and wordmark, we've also adjusted our color scheme to be more accessible for folks online. The three greens provide the necessary contrast to meet accessibility standards, plus we think they're just really pretty. :)
